Over the past few years, “art diplomacy” has become one of the most potent forms of Chinese soft power. This January, the Yao Ming Foundation will do its part to contribute to art diplomacy by collaborating with the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston on a new permanent gallery dedicated to the Arts of China.
