Having previously shot campaigns for brands like Shanghai Tang, Absolut, Celine, Shiseido and Coach, the Beijing-based fashion photographer Chen Man (陈曼) is hard at work on a new collaboration with Toronto’s M·A·C Cosmetics. Set to launch next March, the limited-edition “M·A·C for Chen Man” collection will feature a line of eye shadows in a yin/yang design and be available at M·A·C locations around the world. Along with the cosmetics line, “M·A·C for Chen Man” will roll out with an ad campaign shot by Chen Man in her trademark vivid, striking visual style.

A graduate of Beijing’s Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), Chen Man has quickly established herself as one of China’s top fashion photographers, shooting celebrities like singer Faye Wong for BAZAAR, actresses Zhang Ziyi and Fan Bingbing for L’Oreal, David Beckham for Motorola, and Lin Zhiling for Mercedes-Benz.
