Beijing Fashion Design Week 2012 is organized by Beijing Clothing and Textile Trade Association on the occasion of Beijing International Design Week; this event has received great support from relative government departments and professional fashion organizations. Beijing Fashion Design Week is a platform for young fashion designers to showcase their new collections and communicate with each other; here we will have exhibitions, fashion shows, forums organized with and participated by art schools, famous artists, designers, cultural companies, fashion media home and abroad. The aim is to build an environment to facilitate the growth of designers and development of fashion design industry, so that establish the position of Beijing as the core of fashion design field, and promote the development from “Made in China” to “Created in China”.
